Middle School After School Program

We have a range of student clubs and activities for students to explore new interests, build their leadership skills, get academic support, and connect with each other. These include arts and crafts, cooking, community service, team building, games, sports, and more!

Our exceptional teachers and staff help each student find success! Multiple teachers, leaders, and professional employees at Burke School have been recognized for their dedication and outstanding performance with FCPS Honors awards.

Strong Family Relationships

Burke School families are critical to the success of our students! We welcome all families and work closely with our PTA to build a positive, engaging school environment through events such as our Cocoa Dash, book fairs, International Nights, movie nights, fun fairs, and more!

Integrated Services

Burke School takes a holistic view of student success. Beyond academics, we take a team approach to supporting our learners’ emotional and/or behavioral needs through remediation and intervention, individual and group counseling, behavior specialists, and more.

We offer intensive math and English programs along with future-focused learning opportunities such as lessons in STEAM (science, technology, art, engineering, math), digital citizenship, and coding.
